Fabrizio Moggio

Senior Project Manager, TIM

Fabrizio Moggio, graduated in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Torino (Italy), is currently a Senior Project Manager at TIM, working on Innovation projects since 1997. In his current position, he is responsible in planning, deploying and operating the Mobile and Fix Networks of Tele2 Sweden.
He is currently in the TECHNOLOGY EVOLUTION & INNOVATION group, involved in ”Edge Cloud and Core Network Innovation” leading innovation projects on 5G and Cloud Edge.
He is a member of CAMARA (Linux Foundation for Open Telco APIs) and GSMA OPAG where he leads the development of Intent Based Service APIs (e.g. Traffic Influence). He is a member of the TSC of Nephio (Linux Foundation on Kubernetes based Telco Automation). He works in the GSMA OPG and Open Gateway initiatives. He was TIM’s delegate in 3GPP SA5, the standardization group for network management.
Fabrizio was the project leader for the NGMN Project “Future Networks Cloud Native Platform” and a member of the NGMN Project ODiN “Operating Disaggregated Networks”.
