Avanci Announces New Patent License Agreements with Audi and Porsche
Porsche AG and Audi AG Become Licensees of the Avanci Marketplace, Obtaining a License to Essential Patented Technology for Present and Future Connected Cars.
Avanci announced it has signed patent license agreements with Audi and Porsche. Both companies will use Avanci’s open marketplace to obtain licenses to the patented wireless technology of many different patent owners. The licenses granted by Avanci include all 2G, 3G, and 4G essential patents owned by twenty-four different patent owners. In addition, the licenses will include all essential patents owned by other companies that join Avanci in the future.
